coffee and apple pie for breakfast. more like lunch, because its 12:15. one slice veggie cheese on one slice light bread at 3:30. also a quorn ‘chicken’ breast. still haven’t started my paper. ate a little more apple pie before going to class, went to the bf’s comedy show after class and didn’t eat anything for the rest of the night.

coffee with soy, a piece of light seven grain bread and sugar free pancakes for breakfast. went to the gym, -100 calories. 2 leftover edamame dumplings for lunch which surprisingly didn’t make me nauseous. light eggnog ice cream in a cone. more coffee. dinner was a 6-egg white omelette with spinach, peppers, feta and onions. more eggnog ice cream in another cone. pie crust dough in the process of making a pie crust. diet cranberry sprite.
two homemade cookies for breakfast. coffee with soy. light eggnog ice cream in a cone and a piece of light seven grain bread around 1:00. steamed cauliflower and diet cherry cola for lunch. outing to astor place, take out from rickshaw dumpling bar: soy sesame noodle soup and 4 whole wheat edamame dumplings. put half of the soup in the fridge for later. a jasmine rice crispy treat for dessert. sugar-free red bull. must have been a bad combination because i threw up most of it. didn’t eat anything else for the rest of the day.
